T&C & Delivery Overview

  • Prices are as a guide and may alter, XL will be pleased to provide a written quotation which will be valid for three months.
  • Prices do not include VAT or delivery
  • Purchase orders cannot be canceled more than one week after issue and/or if non stock items have been ordered. Re-Stocking charges may apply and up to 50 percent of non stock items recovered.
  • Payment on account is STRICTLY 30 DAYS from date of invoice.
  • Goods remain the property of XL Systems until paid for in full
  • XL understands and will enforce the European directive on Late payment and may charge interest at 8% over the Bank of England's base rate on overdue payments and will demand compensation for debt recovery costs incurred as a result of late payment.
  • Frequency, Channel spacing, power output and country must be stated on all orders otherwise XL will supply what they deem to be suitable. 
  • IMPORTANT! Please remember that it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the chosen radio frequency is clear and available for use, and that any required fees are paid and correct licences obtained.  Xl Systems Ltd. accepts no responsibility or liability for system failure or legal procedings either due to radio interference from a third party, or failure to comply to logal regulations.
  • Once title has transferred to the purchaser, if the purchaser subsequently re-boxes or re-brands the product, the WEEE responsibility also transfers.


Delivery


A standard delivery charge of £10 will be added to all orders and will be shown on your invoice prior to your confirmation and acceptance you should alow 2-3 weeks for delivery of all items unless otherwise informed.

Delivery is to mainland United Kingdom only, all other locations such as Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern and Republic of Ireland, Scottish Isles and Highlands etc a surcharge will be added. You will be contacted to agree and pay this extra charge. If you do not agree to this charge a refund will be made.

When you receive your delivery please make sure that all your parcels are there, intact and in good condition before signing to accept the delivery. We cannot replace items or parcels that are missing if you have signed for them. Please check all items are correct, any discrepancies must be notified within 48 hours.

Please also make sure that you date and time the delivery ticket or drivers paperwork. If you are unsure about any item please sign for it damaged and notify us as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours to report any damage. Any item(s) that have not been signed for as damaged on arrival will not be replaced.

The Company shall not be liable in any way for any direct or indirect loss, damage or expenses (including but not limited to loss of profits and liability to third parties) suffered or incurred by the buyer as a consequence of any delay in despatch or delivery.


Return of Faulty Items

  • Please call us first before returning goods 01883 622778
  • A restocking charge of 20% may apply if incorrectly ordered.
  • If a unit has been deemed by Satel to have been damaged by the customer then the cost of returning faulty items will be paid by the customer including costs of shipping to and from Finland for repair.
  • Any faulty items will be replaced.
